Clinical Psychology PhD Program

     The basic objective of the program is to educate graduate students as the future clinicians and academic

psychologistswho are competent both in designing research and in practicing psychotherapy including assessment

and prevention of psychological problems. Clinical psychology Phd program not only offers the courses relating to

theory and methods of clinical psychology and, to other areas of psychology but also some courses integrating such

fields as psychiatry, philosophy, sociology and public health with clinical psychology.

     The PhD program allows to applying for the students having both undergraduate and master’s degree. It requires 

completing at least 24 credits and 8 courses, 2 seminars, thesis proposal, the doctoral competency exam,

specialization field courses, and doctoral thesis. However, the students having undergraduate degree have to take at

least 24 credits and 6 courses more.
